It’s time to feel comfortable in your own skin.
The positive mental health app, created by young people, for young people. Designed to educate, enable and empower.
i am me is the not-for-profit initiative that helps young people cope with the pressures of growing up in today's fast-paced world.
i am me is all about prevention: equipping young people with the tools and know-how to better cope with the challenges that they face, through the i am me app, and face-to-face workshops. The app provides a positive space on any young persons phone.
i am me is driven from an authentic passion to educate, enable and empower, and to make an almighty shift in the stats surrounding mental health in young people.
i am me supports young people through Covid-19. By searching ‘Covid-19’ in the search function on the app, a whole host of relevant articles will appear.
Our mission is to help educate all young people between the ages of 11-24 to understand how they can take an active role in looking after their own mental health and wellbeing.
We want all young people to understand more about themselves, what impacts their mental health, become more comfortable in their own skin and create their definition of success and sense of purpose.
Covering a range of themes the FREE app includes:
Covid-19 support content
personal development tips
tips, articles, inspiring messages and video content
All with the aim of enabling young people to identify and work on underlying difficulties.
Through educating and enabling, we aim to empower young people to take control of their own mental health and wellbeing.
By understanding what helps to create positive mental health, young people are able to make more informed choices about how they live their lives, with a real focus on prevention rather than just cure.

Donate & help us reach more young people.
i am me is a proud not-for-profit organisation, meaning that we rely on voluntary donations and sponsorship. All funds we receive go towards reaching and supporting more young people.
Donations help to ensure the app remains 100% free and therefore accessible to all young people regardless of background.
We need your help to carry on our work creating more of the expert content that's needed and specifically asked for by young people. Donations also help us to physically reach young people in the U.K and further afield.
Together, we will make an almighty shift in the stats surrounding mental health in young people.
i am a young person
"As someone who has experienced mental health struggles, I strongly feel having the i am me app could have been a big help to me. To have such a comprehensive database of information would have massively helped me boost my self-confidence and get to the core of why I was feeling the way I was. For a generation dominated by technology, I think this app will be revolutionary, helping to relieve a huge amount of stress and confusion."
